Installed in the bottom of a Permaglas® tank the Alliance unloader's rotating cutting arm efficiently unloads semi-free flowing materials. The unloader is installed in a steel lined floor trough. The operation of the unloader is simple:

1. The powerful sweep arm and the cutting-gathering chain move in a full circle around the floor of the tank.

2. A continuous conveyor chain moves the cut and gathered materials from the center of the tank into a delivery trough.

Over 50,000 powerful ESPC chain unloaders are in use today in a variety of tough agricultural and industrial storage applications. Alliance unloaders can be installed in existing tanks to replace older-style unloaders.
